I can help you with several serious conditions such as depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. If you are significantly distressed, I would suggest keeping your mind open to taking medications. More often than not medications, judiciously administered cause few problems and can make a great deal of difference to the way you feel. Usually, these sessions also include guidance and therapy about how best to deal with the issues you are facing and most importantly, you are able to take informed decisions and participate in your own care.
